Linear Module Details
 Inner Structure
Iron core linear motor module
  Features
• Current is passed through stacked silicon-steel sheets of the stator and interacts with the flat-shaped permanent magnets in the stator to produce thrust.
• The high-density solenoid design can handle horizontal payloads up to 120 kg, making it is suitable for optical inspection, printing, and dispensing of large workpieces.
  New technology
•【Size reduced】The Extrusion aluminum housing with integrated linear bearings improves accuracy and stiffness, lowers noise motion, and shrinks overall size for a module that is 40% smaller than similarly rated modules.
•【Improved Heat Disappation】We improved the rotor and linear bearing design to improve heat dissipation. The rotor's new sawtooth design increases surface area, thereby reducing its average temperature by 1.5%.
•【Closed Design】The closed exterior design prevents foreign object ingression; thus, preserving the rotor's performance. When the pneumatic port has negative pressure applied, the module becomes cleanroom-rated.
  Applications
• Customers can select from multi-source single- and synchronous dual-axis options.
• Our linear motor modules come standard with a linear optical scale, which can be externally fixed by customer request.
• Compared to ball screw linear modules, multi-rotor linear motor modules offer several advantages including, smaller size, and more cost-effectiveness, have lower cycle times, and higher production efficiency.。
Ironless U-shaped Linear Motor Module
 Features
• Current in the epoxy-based rotor interacts with the permanent magnets in the U-shaped stator to produce thrust.
• Coreless U-shaped linear motor modules feature no backlash, zero cogging force, and low velocity ripple. Since we can install the rotor directly on the extrusion aluminum housing, the module's overall size is smaller, and in turn, requires less space installation. The coreless U-shaped linear motor module design is best suited for low-payload applications, e.g., automated optical inspection (AOI), photoelectric component manufacturing, and high-accuracy positioning.
  New technology
•【THK Quiet, High-Accuracy Linear Guide】THK's quiet, high-accuracy linear guide provides smoother travel, longer service life, and lubrication efficiency; thus, making it the best choice for high-technology applications with strict high-speed, low-noise, and or low-dust requirements.
•【High-efficiency Heat Dissipation Mechanism】The linear motor module features a built-in hall sensor, allowing the driver to obtained the phase angle without displacement. A thermistor sensor installed inside the module allows for real-time monitoring of the rotor. A driver along with an ohmmeter can prevent damage due to overheating and reduce dwell time.

Shaft bar linear motor module
  Features
• The rod-shaped permanent magnet stator is considered an ironless linear motor.
• The economic high-precision shaft-shaped rod linear motor module is light and has low torque.
• Since most linear motor module applications feature long strokes, each module comes with a warp-resistance steel cover strip.
